1. Scope and responsibility
AI Girlfriends Review is operated by an individual based in Singapore under that brand name. This policy concerns information processed when you use this publication. It does not cover your account, chats, images or purchases on external AI companion services. We do not receive access to those accounts simply because you followed a link from this site.
The current site is a static review website. It has no visitor account system, newsletter subscription, public comment form, checkout or AI conversation backend.
2. Information used by this website

3. Purposes and applicable legal grounds
Connection information is used to deliver pages, diagnose faults, protect the site and respond to legal obligations. If you contact us by email, we process your address, message and necessary delivery details to respond, handle a correction or privacy request, and keep a record of the outcome. Referral records, when provided, are used to administer affiliate commissions and related accounting. Where a legitimate-interests basis is applicable, the relevant interests are operating a working publication and preventing misuse. A legal-obligation basis applies where processing is required by law.

Where a programme provides reporting, we may receive referral, qualifying-action and commission records. This does not give us access to your AI conversations, account password or full payment details. Attribution technology and retention depend on the provider and network. 6. Service providers and disclosures
Hosting, network-delivery and security services may process the technical information needed to serve the site. They are not given the private contents of your third-party AI chats through this website. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to address security incidents or protect legal rights.
Email providers process message delivery when you contact the published address. Affiliate providers and networks may process referral information when a qualifying link is used, as described above. No visitor-data sale, cross-site advertising integration or data-broker connection is implemented in the current site. This statement describes our implementation; it is not a representation about every external product in the directory.
7. Retention and processing locations
Article likes are stored only in this browser using localStorage (one preference per article), until you unlike the article or clear site data. They are not sent to us or counted as public votes. Sharing uses your device’s share dialog or copies the article link; no message is sent automatically. Search and filter selections are not retained by our page code after the page state is discarded. Browser history and cache remain under your browser’s controls. Technical logs, if retained by the host, follow the infrastructure’s retention and security settings. Enquiry and request records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle the matter and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. Referral accounting records, where received, are retained for the relevant accounting or legal purpose. Affiliate cookies have the lifetimes set by the destination provider or network.
Hosting and network providers may process connection information where their infrastructure operates, including outside Singapore. Technical-log retention follows the relevant provider’s service settings; it is separate from the article preferences stored in your browser. 9. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on your location and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or receive your personal information; restrict or object to processing; or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights can have legal exceptions. You may also raise a concern with the privacy regulator responsible for your location, including Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission where applicable.
